PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, or allowed to go outdoors. Cat/Kitten is not to be resold with out breeder’s permission. If for some reason you cannot keep the kitten, the kitten should be given back to the breeder, at no cost to the breeder.All Deposits are Non-Refundable
This kitten is guaranteed healthy upon selling: However a veterinarian examination is recommended. If within _____days, you believe this kitten is sick, you return this kitten to me, and I will either replace it with a comparable kitten or will return this kitten back to you in good health. Under no circumstances will I be liable for any outcomes or costs associated with veterinary treatment carried out by you, without my prior approval. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
THIS KITTEN IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE THREATENING HEREDITARY AND CONGENITAL DEFECTS FOR 1 YEAR. I do not refund money, only replace the kitten. Autopsy and vet reports will be required for replacement.THIS KITTEN WILL BE LITTER REGISTERED AND AN INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION FOR FINAL REGISTRATION (blue slip) WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON PROPER NOTIFICATION OF SALE CONDITIONS BELOW
A. If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to spay or neuter this kitten between 6 Months and 1 year of age. This kitten is not to be used for breeding. If purchased as an adult you agree to spay or neuter this cat within 30 days of purchase.
B. If purchased as a breeder, purchaser agrees to breed this cat to high quality cats from top bloodlines, with the aim of improving the breed, and also agrees to sell all pet quality kittens with non-breeding contracts. Under no circumstances are any offspring from this cat be sold to a pet store, research laboratory, or allowed to go outdoors. This is not a show quality kitten, or cat, and cannot be shown without breeders permission.
C. If purchased for show, purchaser agrees to show this cat in peak physical condition only, and to present this cat perfectly groomed. Purchaser also agrees to breed this cat to high quality cats from top bloodlines, with the aim of improving the breed, and to sell all pet quality kittens with non-breeding contracts. Under no circumstances are any offspring from this cat be sold to a pet store, research laboratory, or allowed to go outdoors.
